A: Yes! We ship across the UK and worldwide.

Q: How much does shipping cost?

  • UK: £5.99 flat rate, free for orders over £50

  • International: £15 flat rate, free for orders over £200

Q: How long does delivery take?

  • UK: 3–7 business days after dispatch

  • International: 7–21 business days, depending on your location and customs clearance

Q: Will I receive tracking information?
A: Absolutely. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging.

Q: How do I start a return?
A: Simply email us at support@toadstcgltd.shop with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide you with a prepaid return label.

Q: Are shipping costs refundable?
A: For UK orders, all return shipping is free. For international orders, return shipping is free, but the original delivery cost (£15 under £200 orders) is non-refundable.
